公司有一位 40+的嵌入式工程师，我观察到他平时也会使用 WorkBuddy 这类 AI 工具辅助编码，但一个相对小的需求推进了较长时间。

入职几个月后，最近离开了公司。后来和同事交流了解到，主要原因是工作节奏没有跟上团队，对自身产出的效率和质量也没有达到团队预期。

我认为年龄本身并不是问题。公司愿意接纳不同年龄阶段的人，本身就说明认可你的能力和价值，并不会单纯因为年龄设置限制。在技术快速迭代的环境下，要拥抱新的工具和方法，跟上团队发展的节奏。
