我最近也遇到了这个问题，我链接别人，我显示 6024 ，对方显示 6023 。
我的方法是在 openclash 的插件设置→模式设置里设置运行模式为 Redir-Host （兼容）模式，并且关掉 udp 转发。这样就可以正常使用 parsec 了。
我是猫→软路由→硬路由的模式，软路由 upnp 是默认的允许 1024-65535 ，硬路由上没有设置 dmz 或端口映射。
