@sxguka #10 单纯后台限速，速度超过 1Mbps 后会出现大量丢包，月上行小于 1500G 的话不会触发。

坐标 0351 ，电信上行达 1500G 后，上下行限速至 1Mbps ，大家可以注意下这个阈值。
