我也经历过。。当初考研失败苦于自己没太多工作经验被 HR 忽悠进去做 2B 商家服务，进去面向老板编程+奋斗逼技术 leader，两个人硬是：硬件+后端+运维+测试+前端，全干，用的技术还非常激进，结果项目上线后被辞职了
