10.15.7 (19H2) 也遇到这个问题, 当 APP 退出后再运行会特别慢, 使用的是 2020 最新款 MacBook Pro, CPU/内存 /磁盘的负载都很低, 找了半天没找到原因, 幸好发现了这个帖子, 感谢
