### 3. 根因

**Claude Code 的 hook 子进程 PATH 只继承了用户级 PATH ，而 `node` 安装在机器级 PATH 里，导致裸 `node` 命令在 hook 进程中找不到。**

- 交互终端（ PowerShell / Git Bash ）会合并「机器级 + 用户级」 PATH ，所以正常。
- Claude Code hook 子进程的环境与交互终端不一致，读不到机器级 PATH 。
- 这是 Windows 上 `node`/`python3` 等装在系统级的程序在 Claude hook 里常见的坑。
