我也遇到过，有两个方法：
1 、安装 pepper-flash
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pepper-flash/
2 、下载 adobe flash 官方.tar.gz 格式的安装包，然后手动改命令行启动 chrome ，参考 http://askubuntu.com/questions/799832/how-to-install-tar-gz-files-which-dont-have-config-file
