POSITION 1 Senior FullStack Engineer(Backend Focused) You will have the exciting opportunity to take charge of the backend development for Voice × Cloud software/application/service. This role goes beyond being a mere backend programmer, as it includes tasks such as designing new features and making technology choices. You will have the chance to deploy and build necessary resources on AWS, program the backend, and drive the growth of the service. This position requires advanced skills that surpass those of a typical backend programmer. Annual Salary: 8,000,000 yen - 12,000,000 yen(based on annual salary divided by 12)
Requirements ・3+ years of experience in developing web applications with Python or other backend web frameworks ・2+ years of experience in developing web applications using RDBMS ・Experience in all stages of development from design to maintenance and operation including the AWS enviroment ・Experience in developing with containerization technology (Docker) ・Business Level English

- Product evolution and feature offerings
- Developing and delivering new features of high value to customers through continuous product improvement
- Manage and optimize product release cycles and employ technical methods to improve productivity
- Establishing a DevOps culture
- Develop guidelines and best practices to spread DevOps philosophy and practices within your organization
- Strengthen collaboration with related groups and implement educational programs
- Developing CI/CD architecture
- Design and implement efficient and reliable CI/CD pipelines
- Improve and maintain automation, testing, and deployment strategies.
- Application of cloud native technology
- Building and optimizing a development environment using cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
- Microservices architecture design and implementation support
- Leverage configuration management tools:
- Automatic construction and management of infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Ongoing infrastructure optimization and security maintenance
- Monitoring and log analysis
Requirements You need to have 2+ years of work experience in the following areas
- Programming language skills
- Familiarity with common programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc
- Linux and shell scripting
- Deep understanding of Linux operating systems and practical experience in writing and operating shell scripts.
- Container technology
- Experience operating container execution platforms such as Docker and AWS ECS in a production environment, and deep knowledge of operating container orchestration tools such as ECS and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD Pipeline
- Hands-on experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.
- Configuration management and infrastructure automation
- Hands-on experience in configuration management and infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Cloud platform
