提了离职以后公司不给最后一天的时间怎么办

    我知道劳动法最多一个月，而且到了我肯定就走。
    但也可能会让我提前走，这个时间问就是还在考虑。
    而且也没安排人和我对接。
    搞得我没办法提前安排各种计划，很烦。
