转型做策划，应该多看哪些书啊？

    不懂的东西太多了，boss让我做策划了，我之前是做技术的，然后现在公司缺人，boss直接让我做策划，只有一点点文字功底。现在主要是以公司的活动为主。这个是不是应该叫方案啊？
