有人遇过 app 关联不起作用的情况吗

Scenario：
在Twitter的app里点击一个instagram的链接，然后弹出Complete Action using..的对话框，选instagram之后点always，跳转到instagram打开。但是这个关联似乎没有保存，每次点开instagram的链接还是要手动选，我应该都点过几十次always了。。。

请问有没有解决办法，google半天无果啊T_T
