Linode 网络不通畅啊。。

早上来，发现Linode 访问有问题，开始以为是被大长城的问题，于是提交更换机房的请求。
没想到，客服回复我：

Our upstream provider has reported that an undersea cable connection has been cut and immediate action was taken to reroute traffic through alternative means. Connectivity has been restored though there is congestion occurring in the network upstream. They hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
