环境：国行 iPhone, ios 17.6 问题：icloud 登录的是国区，app store 单独登录新加坡 id 的时候提示无法发现此人，mac 是正常，但是如果手机整体退出国区 appleid 又可以登录新加坡的 id ，最近一周才出现这个问题，万能的 V 友有没有碰到过这个问题
