不排除的一个可能：是墙拦截了外面的短信。
我试过国内手机号往外发短信，正常；反之，国内手机号收不到那个号码的短信。 另，我感知到最近运营商的强又高了点。 |

When it comes to using short code services internationally that is something that we've changed to no longer work. For security purposes you will not be able to receive short code or verification messages while roaming, you would need to be on the T-Mobile network directly to receive those types of messages. I know this will cause a big inconvenience when you use these services for verification, but it is to help protect our customer's security. ^NathanLovato |
