使用 cursor+claude3.5 开发了个 Flink SQL 的 IDEA 插件

    之前在写 FlinkSQL 时，个人觉得理想状态应该如下：

    1. 创建一个 xx.sql 文件，利用 IDEA 插件的 SQL 联想功能(比如通义灵码的联想功能)快速开发 FlinkSQL
    2. 写完 SQL 后直接右键可以 IDEA 本地运行/debug 该 SQL 文件

    这几天使用 cursor+claude3.5 写了个 IDEA 插件，基本满足了以上需求
