vscode 使用 copilot 时经常会自动创建 Untitled-1 空文件

    最新版本的 vscode 和 copilot 插件，macOS 下。选中几行代码，和 Copilot 交谈就会自动创建新的 Untitled-1 空文件。搜了一下似乎是个老 bug 了，一直没解决，大家有没有什么 workaround.
