1.win 下，可以导入音频 2.能识别中文，包含方言最好 3.能识别不同发言人，最好能统一做标识(发言人 1 、发言人 2...)
其实现有的免费工具我也能用，只是想最高效地完成这件无聊的事。谢谢！
