From our documentation at https://cursor.com/pricing, the free trial actually includes 50 premium requests (not 150). This is why you're seeing the upgrade prompt after using 50 requests. The system is working as intended.

For continued access to premium features, I'd recommend upgrading to our Pro plan which includes:

- 500 fast premium requests per month

- Unlimited slow premium requests

- Unlimited completions

You can upgrade through your account settings at https://cursor.com/settings.
