Beijing/USA_SanJose_onsite full time_Data Scientist/Engineering_LLM startup-AI+recruiting CNY 30-40K monthly

I am headhunter of Quant area, as you can see from my history posts.

However, today it's not a headhunting position because this position is for my company——FalconTalent.

Why we hire:

We have LLM+Recruiting specific area business, established at USA-San Jose. It's still in the angel round, with a future estimation of 3+ million USD. Our CTO now base in Beijing, China. He has a phD degree of Purdue University with major in LLM area.

Now I am looking for a young talent of 3~8 years' working experience to base Beijing or USA San Jose. (but we dont support VISA)

You must have:

1. data engineering <ETL/data pipeline>
2. BI/data analyst/Data mining related experience
3. A global Vision (because we donnt only do China business)
4. Good English communication
5. Enterpreneurship

For 1) & 2): I know these 2 parts of work are usually seperated in different teams. If you are strong in 1 area but no hands-on experience in the other one, I think it's ok. Trust my taste to talents. I do know how to aprreciate you. Don't be too stupid with the very exact experience.

What you 'll again:

1. CNY 30-40K monthly (can discuss options if you are the very right person)
2. Transfer and join in the LLM area. Perhaps you will join a hot and money-flowing track.(or premature to say)
3. Lead Data team if business goes smoothly
