mcp 就能调用 github 的 api 吧，cherry-studio 或者 vscode 应该都能配置

如果只是单纯的按 tag 简单分组,我用的 https://github.com/cfour-hi/gitstars
可惜没法对仓库进行一些备注之类的操作，不知道有没有项目有实现这类功能的。
