已经激活自己 Codex 账号的，需要退出用 JetBrainsAI 账号激活，然后重启一下 IDE

@Removable 可以在 https://chatgpt.com/codex/settings/usage 看一下，如果显示 SDK 就不走本地的 cli ，如果 cli 就是了
