服务器最好买可以连接 github 的
telegram bot 这个创建的教程一大堆，随便看个
简单来说 就是 找到 botfather 然后 newbot 拿到 token ，找到创建的机器人拿到配对码
5 分钟搭起来 tg bot
装的 opus 4.6 剩下的大家自己折腾吧
一点经验，没有用 opus 的机器人没啥卵用，有了 opus 你搞啥都可以了
