Codex 登录问题，提示 Sign-in could not be completed

不管是 codex 桌面版还是 VScode 的插件，选择 chatgpt 登录跳转之后都提示这个：
提示如下：
Sign-in could not be completed
Token exchange failed: error sending request for url ( https://auth.openai.com/oauth/token)

Details
Token exchange failed: error sending request for url ( https://auth.openai.com/oauth/token)
Return to Codex to retry, switch accounts, or contact your workspace admin if access is restricted.
目前排查应该也不是地区问题，不知道如何解决，求助各位大佬。
