Hi V2EX! I’m building GenBay, a photo-to-video AI tool for making short videos from pictures of yourself or your pets.
The idea is to make a familiar photo part of a playful scene: a pet giving a dramatic performance, or a person stepping into a dance trend. You choose an effect, upload a photo, and generate a video that you can download and share.
The current collection includes Bad Times AI for Pets, Dime Dime Baby Dance, and Charme Dance AI. Each effect page explains the scene, shows visual examples, and lists the photo requirements and credit cost. Videos are saved in “My creations,” where you can check progress, replay results, and download the finished files.
It’s still a small product, and I’m adding effects gradually. I’d appreciate feedback on whether the examples make each effect clear, how the creation flow feels, and which photo-to-video scenes you’d actually enjoy making.
