用 nssm 将 cow 封装成 windows 服务

    以前通过把cow-hide的快捷方式拷贝到启动文件夹实现自启动，但是总觉得这种方式不够好，而且cow进程会出现在进程中，比较不和谐；最近发现nssm，可以便捷的把cow封装成windows服务，实现自启动，伴随系统启动，存在感更低了

    顺便说一句：我的do油管1080p顺畅无比，为什么这么多人说速度不行呢？
