使用同一个端口 ≠ 同时运行

这些只是相关环境的名称，配置是相互独立的，运行的时候只能选择一个模式运行

区别我还没有研究过

@iugo 默认使用 development，你可以在 core/index.js 里修改，或者传入参数（比较麻烦，直接改来的方便）

不同的模式在启动的时候参数不一样，一般用户使用npm start --production即可。
