怎么才能让 Command-C iOS 端在后台运行依然接收内容？

Command-C iOS端激活Background sharing，iOS上后台刷新，通知都打开了。
只有Command-C在前台运行时才能接受到OSX共享的内容，只要前台允许的是其他软件，Command-C在后台就无法接收到内容。
查阅了Command-C官网的一些帮助信息，也无非是打开后台刷新和通知，或者重启设备之类的，尝试了都无解决。

运行环境:
iPhone6 iOS8.1.1
Mac OSX 10.0.1
Command-C都是AppStore最新版本
