最近使用[1]搭建了一个短网址缩短服务，按照wiki[2]设置为公开后发现spam太多了，于是找到[3]的recaptcha方案欲解决，无奈无论更换master还是nocaptcha[4]分支都无济于事，只好先把其index.php移到其他位置暂缓spammers。
看起来验证码完全无用，用户/robot只要写好网址，不填验证码即可缩短网址；
求解，是其代码问题吗？
表示不懂php，如果有phper能分析/发Pull Request就太感谢了。
