杭州电信和移动连GITHUB要多刷好几次才有可能连上。
如果用https访问v2ex也是刷好多次才有可能连上，而且都是蜗牛速度。

git网页服务器好像没什么问题，主要是git的cdn很难连

.githubusercontent.com
这个尤为严重，好像blog在这上面
