关于 Axis2 的 webservice 调用问题

调用第三方的webservice
我的客户端使用axis2 的，使用RPC方式（RPCServiceClient）调用WebService
今天访问量大的时候，爆了大量下面三个错误：

org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Connection reset
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Connection refused
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Read timed out

请问各位有遇到类似情况的么？
是服务器的问题？还是我客户端调用的问题？
