没用过foxmail,凭经验分析应该有两个可能
1. foxmail尚未能够通过outlook信箱获取服务器配置，尝试手动输入 imap服务器: imap-mail.outlook.com smtp服务器: smtp.live.com 2.你的live账号设置了两步验证，需要生成应用专用密码 |

开pop3了吗？如果确定开了, 就参考1楼的方法，可能是启用了2步验证，要新创建一个应用密码才能正常登陆
