ICANN Accredited Registrars 的含金量高不高？

    本来ICANN Accredited Registrars好像是一个常用的注册商参考标准。但是今天发现一些我认为不靠谱的注册商也在其中。
    比如登录页面都明文post的，曾在网页注释里写用户手机的。

    看了下ICANN的说明还是感到不解，不知道这个认证注册商到底可信度多少？
