最近比较忙，所以 0.5.8 的适配做的比较迟。
0.5.7 的之前已经发布了，但是没有专门发主题。

可以支持当作 NPM 模块运行，具体方式参考官方文档

npm install ghost-upyun
npm install ghost-qiniu
