zfs，系统盘 syspool 做了 mirror ，其中一块硬盘损坏后，如何重建？

    两个系统盘做了mirror，其中一块盘损坏了，我以为新加一块硬盘会自动重建，发现没反应，我就zpool clear 一下，现在这块硬盘的状态变成了UNAVAIL
