想要激情去北上广一线城市, 那里机会多多了. 但是你又离不开温暖的家, 我恶意揣测下还是父母的温暖的家, 不知道你想矫情啥.

Knowledge sharing or Knowledge transfer in big legacy company is for politics, laying foundation for performance review or more resources for yourself...
don't know why you feel frustrated...You want to climb the ladder in your corp or what?
and why you feel disappointed about your colleagues... Are you team leader, project manager or what?
If you want to climb the ladder there, then organize only constructive meetings for your career, avoid doing silly things
If you want to realize your value via creative work and cutting-edge project than leave
..
Anyway, according to what you said it's very likely that you would stay there in the future, gradually lose your passion and shame on newcomers who are thrilled to 'bring new things to your team' someday
