Phalcon Web Tools 无法创建 model

网页版webtools.php创建model，选择数据库的table，点击生成报错：
Database configuration cannot be loaded from your config file

在命令行输入 phalcon model posts 则提示

Phalcon DevTools (1.3.4)

Error: Unable to write to './../app/models/Posts.php'
