Godaddy的Windows主机不能在国内访问

    去年在Godaddy买的空间，大概隔1~2个月就不能访问了，此时从Windows Delux换成Linux Delux（free）再换回来，就换到的新的server上，又能继续用一段时间。但是今年年初续费后发现不行了，来回切换一次后还是之前的IP地址。除了购买Dedicated IP（现在不便宜）外还有其他办法能让这个windows hosting继续能用么？
