本菜鸟上海电信20M，这两天在找 VPS 搭 L2TP，可是 mtr 出来丢包率很少的机房，wget 500K/s 左右，看 youtube 也不是很稳定，只能勉强 480p。是我搭的方法不对还是其他的原因？我参考的是http://apple4us.com/2010/05/setting-up-l2tp-vpn-on-debian-ubuntu/
