Mint/Ubuntu 下如何使用 DNS-Crypt？

    在win下用过，换到Mint下想继续用。google了一圈，没有找到有用的信息。

    顺带问一下怎么永久的改DNS，改/etc/resolv.conf，重启后又变回了localhost。
