MERCURY 无法 traceroute 与 mtr

我有MERCURY 和 TP-LINK，TP作为主路由器，之前通过LAN-LAN连接，走的是TP的网关，可以使用traceroute 和 mtr。现在采用了 WAN - LAN 连接，走MERCURY的网关，就无法traceroute / mtr了。
直接把MERCURY的WAN接在入户线上，走自己的WAN口，依旧无法使用traceroute/mtr。
因此大致确定是mercury的问题，而且应该是某个防火墙措施进行了限制？
但是找遍设置不知道该怎么办。
