哪个安卓手机支持电信卡的接通震动提醒和计时？

    用过几个电信安卓手机，都是从拨号开始就计时，不能识别是否真的已接通。而iphone在开始拨号后并不立即计时，等到接通才震动和开始计时。
    有哪个安卓手机可以实现这样的功能吗?
