有点疑问，Azure 国际版管理中心页面下的－“所有项目”－“默认目录”的位置显示是美国，所有用户都是这样的吗？
还是因为在购买时，没有使用VPN，例如使用HK的IP去购买的话，“默认目录”的位置则是HK？
