安卓 5.0 的流量统计有 bug

    Moto G一代美版，5.0.2OTA未root。
    凌晨连着openvpn，估计是中途wifi信号不好自动切到了3G，然后这个流量没有被系统统计到移动网络里面。今早起床被收了七八十流量费。查记录只能查到和VPN服务器的连接，只能默默吃鳖。
