windows10 升级卡在正在获取更新怎么破？

    如题， windows10 更新卡在正在获取更新，本人 100m 二级宽带， pings 下载速度 11m/s ，但是连接这些站点比较不稳定。卡在这里了，断网也没用。怎么破？还有用 ISO 更新 win10 要密匙吗？谢谢
