好奇怪的问题，这个 js 文件只加载了一部分，直接拖到最后可以看到是一个不完整的 js 文件

问题解决了，访问这个链接时，查看了 gunicorn 的运行日志，出现了这样的错误信息：

把 gunicorn 版本升级到 19.3.0 就解决了
