系统热键 Option + ESC 可以阅读选中的英文。
Safari 里没问题。但是 Firefox 里它不是只读我选中的部分，而是把整个网页从头读到尾。
除了装插件，有别的办法解决么？

进一步测试，应该是 Firefox Developer Edition 的 bug 。普通 Firefox 工作正常。
