如何下载上一个版本的 app？

手抖点了一下 app 的更新，然后在说明里发现 ios6.0 用户不必更新，但已经晚了，出现闪退，无法使用。

不越狱，如何回退到上一个版本？
实在不行，只有等待下一个更新了。
