win7 下格式化 u 盘感觉比 xp 慢得多啊

    win7 ， usb 是 3.0 的， u 盘是 2.0 的，刚打开看是 fat32 ，就格式化成 ntfs 。
    选的是完全格式化，结果感觉慢得多啊。

    是正常现象吗？
