比方我一个 maven 管理的 java web 工程需要用到 spring webmvc ，其实只要引入 spring-webmvc 的依赖就好了， webmvc 会通过关联依赖把 spring core,bean,context,web 等需要的包引入，为什么大多时候我们还要在 pom 文件里显式的声明 core,bean,context,web 这些依赖呢？
