openwrt trunk 默认禁止路由访问外网了？

最近弄了个 trunk 版本的 openwrt 装上，发现路由器里面 opkg update 失败
检查后发现是防火墙的原因， /etc/init.d/firewall stop 后就可以 opkg update 了
怎么解决这个问题？
